Many of our team members drive over an hour to come to our dental office despite having employment opportunities closer to home, and they do it because they love the atmosphere of our dental office as well as the level of care our patients receive. Most of our staff has a decade or more of experience in the dental field, so they are experts when it comes to delivering fast service and helping you feel right at home. Monica Jones, Office Manager
Monica has been working with Dr. Modarres for over a decade. Originally from Baltimore, Monica has been in the field of dentistry for over 33 years. She helps all of our patients stay on top of their treatment plan, and navigate the world of dental insurance.
When not taking care of our patients, she enjoys spending time with her new grand daughter and her 2 dogs.
Rachel, Dental Hygienist
Rachel became a Dental Hygienist in 2016. She attended the New York University Dental Hygiene Program and worked in New York City as a hygienist for one year before returning to Maryland. Originally from Silver Spring, Maryland, Rachel continued her education and obtained her Masters in Public Health. Her ideal goal is to help under-served communities with dentistry and healthcare.
In her spare time, she loves to cook with new recipes and spend time with her husband, friends, family and her cat, CJ.
Brita, Dental Hygienist
Brita was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She received her degree in dental hygiene from SUNY Farmingdale. Her particular interest and focus has been in treatment of gum disease and with her very good understanding of general dentistry she is an asset in helping the doctor guiding the patient to obtain optimum oral health.
In her free time she enjoys boating, riding her Harley Davidson, and spending time with her 3 daughters, grandson, grand poppies and occasional karaoke with friends.
Keri, Dental Assistant
Keri has been working in dentistry for almost two full decades now! She loves the variety of procedures we do here in the dental office, as well as all of the different people she gets to know over time through her position.
Originally from Buena Park, CA, Keri and her husband Richard have one son. In her free time, you can usually find her doing something that involves the water, whether that’s scuba diving, swimming, kayaking, boogie boarding, or exploring waterfalls. She also enjoys hiking, taking road trips (she’s driven across the country three times already), and hanging out with her loved ones.
